Drags and Gymkhana TT 2019: PARABELLUM EDITION

Hope you are all well. We are proud to be hosting Drags and Gymkhana TT 2019: Parabellum Edition, from 19th October to 20th October 2019.
We hope to host all our fans in this years event in a safe environment as they cheer on their favorite sportsmen.

This event is hosted by TT Motorsports In conjunction with TARDA, The county of Machakos and associated partners, is an annual time trial event and car festival for the motor sport enthusiast who wants to enjoy their car in a closed and safe environment and also spectate in the same.

Each vehicle will be put in a specific class and allowed a timed run on the gymkhana track and the drag strip. The timings will be displayed and the winners are given a certificate as token of appreciation. All participants will have to abide with the rules and regulations provided by the organizers for safety and security issues.

The event will be a 2 day Camping event. . The first day will feature an exhilarating Saturday of quick response timed gymkhana. Sunday will proceed with Super Extreme Drags matching up the best in tarmac street cars pegged against each other and the clock, in the ultimate battle of tuners driver skill and hardware. A speed festival will feature various classic cars, street modified cars, rally cars, exotic cars , etc!

One ticket admits one person. One ticket is valid for both days. DO NOT REMOVE YOUR ARM BAND UNTIL BOTH EVENTS ARE COMPLETED, if you intend to attend on both days .

There will be free entry for children under 12 years of age.

ACCOMMODATION
All attendees will be required to cater for their own accommodation costs.

DRIVER REGISTRATION
Drivers will be required to register under driver registration on the website www.clubttmotorsports.org and pay the registration fee Ksh 3500 upon registration to mpesa BUY GOODS SERVICE 163763 By accepting to register you have agreed to the terms and conditions.

Driver Registration ends at Midnight on Sunday 14th October 2018/OR when all entries slots are filled. The drivers slots are limited to 32. This is a One car per participant event . Fill ALL FIELDS CORRECTLY. Incomplete registration will be invalid. Strictly No refunds.

Due to safety concerns the pit area will feature only registered teams and drivers . All teams will be required to cater for their own refreshments and tenting needs. The PIT AREA is PROHIBITED TO SPECTATORS


MARSHAL REGISTRATION

Volunteer marshals are vital to the safe and effective running of motor sport events all over the country.
Marshals are recognizable from their green/orange overalls or marshals’ tabards. They perform a range of essential duties, from displaying flag signals for competitors at race events to manning time controls or junctions on a rally. Only apply if you are committed to the task

MEDIA AND VENDORS
There will be strict media access . Only registered media personnel with identification, will be allowed access on various parts of the track. This is at your own risk.
