Time trial motorsports presents Track Attack : MaiMahiu TT #TGRVTT slated for Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th July 2018.
This event as a track day will present various participants (and Cars) with an avenue to push their racing beasts to the limit on the TGRV track mai Mahiu.
One ticket admits one person. One ticket is valid for both days. DO NOT REMOVE YOUR ARM BAND UNTIL BOTH EVENTS ARE COMPLETED, if you intend to attend on both days .
Tickets will be purchased online or via cashless system .
Overboost tickets 800/- 48 hours 27th and 28th June midnight
Early bird 1000/- 28th June 30th June midnight
Advance tickets 1500/- 1st July to 6th June 30th midnight
Group ticket 8000/- ends on 30th June midnight

The event is a strict camping event. Please come prepared for any eventual weather changes.
This is a family event with swimming barbecuing face painting, football matches, go kart racing etc
There will be free entry for children under 12 years of age.

ACCOMMODATION____________________________________
All attendees will be required to cater for their own accommodation costs.
DRIVER REGISTRATION____________________________
All drivers will have to adhere to strict rules and regulations. All entries will be scrutinized by the organizing committee which reserves this right.
All races will be timed and the fastest warrior carries the much coveted title and trophy. Penalties will be awarded and accrued from registration.
The first day will feature qualifiers with the second day featuring finals and crowing of the winners.
Drivers will be required to register under driver registration on the website www.clubttmotorsports.org and pay the registration fee Ksh 5000 upon registration to mpesa BUY GOODS SERVICE 163763 By accepting to register you have agreed to the terms and conditions.
Driver Registration ends at Midnight on Sunday 1st July 2018/OR when all entries slots are filled. This is a One car per participant event . Fill ALL FIELDS CORRECTLY. Incomplete registration will be invalid. Strictly No refunds.

Each participating sports car will undergo Scrutineering which will take place on Wednesday 4th , Thursday 5th and Friday 6th July 2018, at the Auto Art garage (industrial area) , from 9am to 1pm STRICTLY . Registration is on first come first serve basis, limited to 20 entry slots. Scrutineering is not open to the public.

Due to safety concerns the pit area will feature only registered teams and drivers . All teams will be required to cater for their own refreshments and tenting needs. The PIT AREA is PROHIBITED TO SPECTATORS

On the competition day, after successful scrutineering, each sports car will allowed a timed run on the track. The timings will be displayed and the winners are given a certificate as token of appreciation. All participants will have to abide by the rules and regulations provided by the organizers due safety and security concerns.

Volunteer marshals are vital to the safe and effective running of motor sport events all over the country.
Marshals are recognizable from their green/orange overalls or marshals’ tabards. They perform a range of essential duties, from displaying flag signals for competitors at race events to manning time controls or junctions on a rally. Only apply if you are committed to the task
MEDIA AND VENDORS________________________________
There will be strict media access . Only registered media personnel with identification, will be allowed access on various parts of the track. This is at your own risk.

6 how is the weather like? The climate is hot arid. Very high temps during the day and cold temps at night. carry attire for both scenarios.
7 will the ticket serve all days? YES the ticket will serve all days. DO NOT REMOVE YOUR ARM BAND, until the event is finalized.
8 If i get sick, what should i do? In the unfortunate event that you develop or suffer from an ailment, please notify the officials and marshals. Please prepare in advance if you have a medical condition e.g. asthma , Diabetes, Convulsive disorders, pregnancy etc. also have an emergency contact on speed dial.
9 is there food? YES food and refreshments will be vended
